High Speed Edge Printing
With the IQ-RPS rotary edge printing system applying text around the edge of finished product at a high rate is easy. This module can be added to any new petri dish filler from IQ Designs, integrated into your existing petri dish filling machine, or used as a standalone unit. By using a standard continuous inkjet printer text, barcodes and more can be applied to the side of a petri dish.
IQ-RPS: Rotary Edge Printing
Our standard rotary edge printer is designed to work with all major industrial ink jet printers. Depending on your printer specifications up to 12,000 dishes per hour with nearly 360 degrees of print around the dish can be achieved. The RPS Lite is designed for the M800 or M2000 size petri dish filling machines and has a maximum speed of 2,000 dishes per hour. Our edge printing modules can be installed inline on the print conveyor of any of our standard dish filling systems like the IQ-HSL or IQ-MX000.
