Packaging Equipment
The IQ-FLO Flow Wrapper Packaging Machines are seamlessly integrated into our HSL and MX000 series petri dish filling machines. As a manufacturer of custom automation we can also provide the necessary integration with dish filling machines from most other vendors. Besides the ability to use multiple packers in a line to achieve up to triple layer packaging our flow wrapping machines also have optional add-on modules for adding desiccant packs, irradiation stickers and package labels. Common film used in these machines includes nylon, OPP/BOPP and cellophane while others can be tested upon request.
IQ-FLO: Petri Dish Flow Packaging Machine
As a machine designed to integrate seamlessly with petri dish filling machines this system can complete the automation of plate production. With options for multiple layers and other package enhancements this system is capable of handling most petri dish packaging needs.
