Rotary Edge Printing System: IQ-RPS

With the IQ-RPS edge printing system printing around the edge of finished product at a high rate is easy. This module can be added to any new petri dish filler from IQ Designs, integrated into your existing petri dish filling machine, or used as a standalone unit. Anything the printer will print works with edge printing. This includes standard text, barcodes, and more.

The RPS is designed to work with all major industrial ink jet printers. Depending on your printer specifications the speed can be up to 12,000 dishes per hour with printing nearly 360 degrees around the dish.

The RPS Lite is designed for the M2000 size petri dish filling machine and smaller. The RPS Standard is designed for larger equipment and can run much faster. Our edge printing modules can be installed on any of our standard dish filling systems and also on most competitors machines.
