Bottle Filling: IQ-CBC
The IQ-CBC bottle filling machine is a single head filler capable of handling 120 1L bottles per hour. Acceptable bottles range in size from 30mL to 1L. Bottles are automatically uncapped, filled, recapped, and output for packaging. This machine is a standalone system and includes a HEPA filtered environment around the product during handling.

- Bottle sizes 30mL to 1L
- Automatic uncapping and recapping under HEPA filter
- Fill only mode to increase speed when manual capping is acceptable
- Footprint as small as 1m x 1m
- Media delivery through use of peristaltic pumps
