Bottle Filling Equipment
Our bottle filling machines provide exceptional value in a small package. Plastic or glass bottles are no problem and automatic capping to a specified torque is a standard feature. Bulk input and output from a turntable for extended runtime can be used for many bottle types while options for bulk loading caps can increase throughput even more. These machines are flexible enough to easily handle many different sizes of round and square bottles while custom shaped bottles can usually be accommodated.
IQ-BTL: Single head bottle filling
The single head IQ-BTL bottle filling machine is a single head filler capable of handling 120 1L bottles per hour. Acceptable bottles range in size from 30mL to 1L, both square and round types. Bottles are automatically uncapped, filled, recapped, and output for packaging. This machine is a standalone system and includes a HEPA filtered environment around the product during handling.
